Many Dr.Leo products are designed with sensitive skin in mind, and the brand highlights fragrance-free, non-irritating formulas across key pages. However, skin sensitivity varies, so we recommend reviewing the ingredient list carefully and patch testing before full use.
Yes. Dr.Leo states that its products and ingredients are not tested on animals.

Product Use
A basic Dr.Leo skincare routine can look like this:
- Clay Mask or Clay Mask Stick (2–3 times per week for oily skin, 1–2 times per week for dry or sensitive skin; avoid broken skin)
- Cleanser
- A gentle repairing serum (optional; avoid exfoliating acid serums or retinol anti-aging serums in this routine)
- Moisturizer or Soothing Gel (especially for sensitive skin)
- Sunscreen in the daytime
- Spot Treatment for active breakouts, such as Dr.Leo Acne Treatment Solution, applied only where needed
Avoid layering exfoliating acid serums or retinol anti-aging serums in the same routine unless your skin already tolerates them well.
Usage depends on the product. Some products are suitable for daily use, while others, such as certain masks or stronger treatments, may be better used a few times per week. Always follow the directions shown on the specific product page.

Orders & Shipping
At the moment, Dr.Leo’s shipping policy lists shipping within the United States and Mexico. Availability for other countries or regions may change over time, so the shipping policy is the best source for the latest update.
According to the current shipping policy, free shipping starts at US $30 in the United States and MX $569 in Mexico. Orders below those thresholds are charged shipping at checkout based on the current policy.
Dr.Leo’s current shipping policy states 1–3 business days for processing and typically 5–10 business days for transit in the United States and Mexico. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, weather disruptions, or carrier delays.
Once your order is dispatched, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available. You can also check your account or contact support if you need help locating your shipment.
Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible after submission. Contact support@drleo.com as soon as possible, and the team will let you know whether your order can still be updated.
Returns & Refunds
Dr.Leo’s current refund policy says you can request a return within 30 days after delivery.
No. The current refund policy says that, for hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for personal care items including skincare and beauty products, as well as sale items and gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact support before ordering.
Email support@drleo.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, photos are required.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Dr.Leo’s policy also states that prepaid return labels are not provided.
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
