30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition you received them:
- Unworn / unused
- In original packaging (including any seals, inserts, or accessories)
- With receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@drleo.com with:
- Order number
- Item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (required for damaged/defective/incorrect items)
If your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping & Fees
- We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers arrange and cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
- If your order was not eligible for free shipping and you request a refund for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong purchase), we refund product cost only (shipping fee excluded) after the order has shipped or been delivered.
Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Damages, Defects & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us at support@drleo.com as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Personal care items (including skincare/beauty products)
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to request a return (if eligible), and once approved, place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition you received them (unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase). Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@drleo.com.
