Cancellation policy

This policy explains how to change or cancel subscriptions and pre-orders (and, if applicable, any “try before you buy” offers) on Dr.Leo.
Note: These terms apply only when a product page or checkout clearly shows an option such as “Subscribe”, “Pre-order”, or “Try Before You Buy”. If you don’t see these options, they do not apply to your purchase.
Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout.
- Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose a prepaid plan (if offered).
- If your subscription is set to renew, it will continue until you cancel.
- You can change or cancel your subscription at any time before the next order is processed.
How to manage or cancel a subscription
Appstle Subscriptions: If you created an account at checkout, you can manage or cancel your subscription from your customer account subscription portal, or by using the “Manage subscription” link in your subscription email.
You can manage your subscription using one of the following methods:
- From your order confirmation email: use the “Manage subscription” link (if provided).
- From your Dr.Leo account: sign in and look for “Subscriptions” (if enabled).
- Need help? Email support@drleo.com with your order number.
Returns and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
Pre-Orders
A pre-order is a purchase for an item that is out of stock or not yet available for immediate shipment.
- Pre-order timelines and expected ship dates (if known) will be shown on the product page or at checkout.
- Depending on the offer, we may charge you immediately, charge a partial deposit, or authorize your payment method and charge later.
Canceling a pre-order
- If your pre-order has not shipped, you can request cancellation by emailing support@drleo.com.
- If your order has already shipped, it can’t be canceled, but you may be able to request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy (if eligible).
Try Before You Buy (If Offered)
If “Try Before You Buy” is offered on a product, we may authorize your payment method before shipment. You’ll have a stated time period to decide whether to keep the item. If you don’t return the item within that time period, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
